You have never planned a wedding before.  We know, it seemed like so much fun, and it was, until it overwhelmed you. Many brides dive into the details without realizing how much work is involved… and simply become overwhelmed. You don’t have to suffer alone. This service applies to those that have already begun planning, and at a minimum found a venue.

– Wedding Management Service -

Due to a very busy schedule for 2022, we will not be booking Event Management services for Holiday Weekends, and will have limited openings.

“I’ve planned it out, and the guests are arriving…can I just relax and enjoy the day now?” So you and your small army have decided to plan all the details, and congratulations you’re almost there. But now you know you want that small army to be by your side having cocktails come the wedding day, not running around setting place cards. Our Month/Day Of package allows for just that. Let us manage the details of the day – you can relax and not worry about your limousine showing up or your cousin passing out in the bushes. We’ll handle all your vendors, ensure the flowers are placed right, and all the favors are given out. This package can be booked at anytime and is often able to be upgraded.

You have likely heard the term "Day Of", but this is a misnomer really. We start working 6 weeks prior to your wedding date just to ensure we have every detail covered. We will set you up with our online platform that includes a checklist, budget management, timelines, and every detail we will need. This helps you to stay on track, and for a smooth transition when you are ready to hand over your details. Upon contracting with us, you have unlimited email contact, we will meet to review everything in person and do a site visit. 

 Bella Notte will contact all vendors you have booked and let know to go through you for all the upcoming details. A vendor timeline is created, and vendors will speak with us to finalize all the last minute craziness. We will check with you to ensure all details are covered, and nothing has been forgotten. Then send your final guest count to catering, set the place cards, menus, and programs, greet guests, keep the DJ on cue, manage the speeches, (take the mic from a certain drunk Uncle),  sort all the gifts at the end of evening, and ensure you and your newly betrothed are off to the honeymoon suite. We will review a checklist and the timeline and if desired we can create a family timeline for all involved to know the basics of when to be where.
